Now that Labour has full support of the people of Liverpool and i feel that we can move this great city forward it is a long awaited new dawn. I grew up with a conserative goverment as a child and i do not want my daughter to suffer also. Red blood Red heart Red party. Well done and thank you to the Labour canditates of this great city for your hard work.

I am a LCC Shop Steward on behalf of our branch GMB 5 I would like to extend our full support to all Labour Candidates during this election campaign , At our monthly stewards meeting which took AM today a resolution was passed to ask all our members to vote labour and do all they can to help in the campaign within the area in which they live . As for myself i have already voted using a postal vote as i will be on holiday on Thursday for Luciana Berger and my local LCC Labour candidate , heres hoping i come back to a Victorious campaign Nationally and a LABOUR City Council . PS i wish to sign up for membership . John Griffiths . GMB 5 Shop Steward LCC .

I would just like to give some feedback on a recent Labour campaign through Old Swan Liverpool. As a young first time mum i was pleased to meet Lucianna on a walk round, i have always voted for Labour in both the local and general ellections as it was something that was always done without thought passed down from my parents. After listening to Lucianna i am 100% possitive that there is only one party for me and that is labour. There will be major changes if labour dont get in, cut after cut after cut, including the tax credits and not to mention the Sure Start Centers which i attend 3 times a week. After hearing all the negative press around Lucianna i was very plesantly suprised she is fab.Good Luck you can do it.

I was sad to hear Jane was stepping down and not contesting her seat in wavertree at the next General election. Jane's a dedicated hard working and much loved MP here in Liverpool and especialy by everyone working hard for Labour in Wavertree. I hope who ever replaces her is young fresh and full of enthusiasm for representing the residents of Liverpool Wavertree and tackling the local issues we face in a city that has suffered long enough by having a failing Lib dem council.

The Labour Party are more in touch with young people of the City, I can't wait to see the back of the Lib/Dems who have wasted many opportunities over the last 11 years. Cllr Joe Anderson has proven to have more integrity, commitment and passion for this City, keep up the good work.

Excellent website. Clear and simple. Hard luck Lib Dems

Good luck with the new website. I am sure it will be a valuable tool in exposing the Lib Dem shortcomings on a very frequent basis.

Thanks to the Labour Party, it is now possible for gay couples to be legally recognised in a civil partnership. Labour ended the homophobic Section 28, which prevented homosexuals from being on TV. And Labour continues to lead the fight for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people to live their lives free from intimidation and fear. Voting Tory would reverse these positive, progressive changes - and voting Lib Dem will only let the Tories in!!!

I'm Liverpool Labour because we are the only Party who can guaruntee social justice in all its forms to all people. Labour have invested in our country on a massive scale. Without Labour, there would be no minimum wage, no Sure Start centres, no 9 months paid maternity leave for young mothers, no working tax credits for hard working people, and no world class schools and Universities. Only Labour can guarantee these things.
